What this site collects

This website is for information and for sending us an inquiry. If you fill out the inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the number of children, and the grade each child will be in. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.

We do not collect payment details through this website. Please do not send card or bank information through the form. We also ask that you do not send children's names, birthdates, or medical information through the form.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this website. We may add a simple, privacy-friendly analytics tool later to understand general, anonymous traffic, such as how many people visit each page. If we do, we will update this page. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

How we use what you send

We use your inquiry only to respond to you and to share information about our programs. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We may use service providers to run our email and website, and those providers process your message only to deliver it to us. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We do not keep inquiries for a set length of time. We hold your message for as long as it is useful to help your family, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.

Your choices

If you would like us to update or delete the information you sent, email info@trussvillekidscamp.com and we will help.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
